As demand for durable and comfortable marine deck materials increased, YSDEK expanded into EVA foam boat flooring. We began developing marine-grade foam sheets, faux teak patterns, anti-slip textures, and custom deck pads for boats, yachts, jet skis, and other marine applications.

YSDEK invested in CNC routing, cutting, and engraving equipment to improve the accuracy and consistency of custom marine flooring. By this stage, the factory operated approximately 6 CNC cutting and engraving machines, allowing us to produce custom grooves, logos, patterns, and precision-cut boat flooring kits from CAD and digital templates.

To support growing orders from international customers, YSDEK expanded its production area to approximately 5,000–6,000 m² and added more foam processing, laminating, CNC cutting, and finishing equipment. The expanded facility improved our ability to handle both customized projects and larger-volume production.

YSDEK established a more structured quality control system covering raw foam inspection, color and thickness checking, CNC dimensional inspection, adhesive testing, surface inspection, and final packaging. At the same time, our OEM and ODM services expanded to support boat builders, marine flooring distributors, installers, and private-label brands.
